Christian Business Leaders & Managers Association
It's All About The Kingdom
As Christians, we are suppose to impact the world. This is done by preaching the gospel, making disciples and providing for people's needs. Christian Business Leaders & Managers Association is about providing training to help Christians be more successful in their careers. The expectation with belonging to this association is that YOU will use part of the increase that comes from the trainings to fund God's work in the area of your choosing.
For the church to accomplish the great commission and go into all the world (Mark 16:15) significant resources are required. We also know that feeding, providing drinks, housing, and clothing those in need, visiting the sick and those in prison is what Jesus desires from His church, because when Jesus judges the nations He mentions these specifically (Matt 25:35-36). James also tells us that pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is to visit orphans and widows in their trouble (James 1:27). The early church was known for taking care of those who could not provide for themselves. All of these things take resources and that is where you and CBLMA come in.
Companies and organizations level of success is to a large part based on the abilities of their leaders and managers. By providing small practical trainings that can be easily applied, Christian owners, leaders and managers can be more successful. This success leads to increase resources which can be poured back into the kingdom to accomplish the will of God and the commandments of our Lord Jesus.
We have found that many managers and leaders have never received the enough and the right kind of training to be highly successful in their current job. CBLMA hopes to fill this gap to help fellow believers become more successful to expand the impact of Christianity in our world.
Mark 16:15 - And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.
